Charmat method brut sparkling wine from Lombardy, 12% ABV, produced by Losito and Guarini. A blend of Pinot Noir and Viognier. An elegant blend that combines the structure of Pinot Noir with the aromaticity of Viognier, for a unique sensory experience. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Second fermentation using the Charmat method. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense and fruity, with hints of exotic fruit and mineral notes. An ideal wine as an aperitif, with shellfish, raw fish, and white meats.
