SourceHuarpes vineyards located in Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. Altitude 3,250 feet above sea level. Yield of 7 tons per hectare. Harvest manual selection in the first week of April.Winemaking Process Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures below 25C, post-fermentative maceration, malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined. Aged in new French and American oak barrels for twelve months.Tasting Notes Color deep violet-red. Aromas good expression of ripe red fruit, especially cherry, and delicate spicy notes. Flavors round and delicate with long-lasting tannins.
