Our ultimate goal is to make elegant, fresh, and complex wines. We believe that the best wines are those that purely and clearly reflect the region where the grape is grown. Our aim is to create balanced and characteristic wines that reflect the region where the grapes are grown.
Emir is grown in Nevsehir’s high altitude (1000mt) volcanic, single parcel, non-irrigated old vineyards. It has a strong acidity and mineral character, with citrus and drupe notes. It is a terroir wine that reflects the soil and climate characteristics of Cappadoccia. No barrel has been used.
