Description
The color is a deep golden hue due to the longer skin maceration. This could qualify as what’s known as an orange wine due to the color. It’s not extreme in style but shows complex character of peppercorn, yellow flowers and mandarin aromas. Just a delight and not the type of white wine to overchill. Just give it a light chill and enjoy the evolution in glass alongside a great meal. The winery, I Cacciagalli, is a young, burgeoning estate located at the base of an inactive volcano named Roccamonfina.
