Description
Refined and elegant white yet with soul clearly present.
It’s 100% Carricante and in our opinion, different to most Etna Biancos. This has a rounded mouthfeel, still with great minerality but a depth of peach, butterscotch, green tea and honey with a earthy herbal twang coming through as will.
Slightly filtered giving it the refinement, this has an excellent, lengthy finish.
