From the winemaker: The white and red grapes are fermented separately i n fiberglass and then blended before bottling for a wine of great freshness, surprising acidity and a crunchy tannin that lengthens the drink and completes it. There is everything, red fruit and minerality, body, acidity and balsamic hints.
