Still red from Australia, 15% ABV, produced by JC’s Own. Blend of Grenache and Syrah. 0.75L bottle, 2018 vintage. A wine born of passion and experimentation, a tribute to special vineyards and an unconventional approach to winemaking. The grapes are hand-harvested within three days of each other. Fermented in concrete vats. Aged in oak barrels for 19 months. Bottled unfiltered. A red that promises a unique experience, a sensory journey that reflects the soul of the producer.
