So juicy, tart, n’ tangy. This is Jean’s first attempt at making a Pet-Nat. Old vine Melon de Bourgogne with spontaneous fermentation. Gently sparkling, with refreshingly bright notes of soft lemon and crisp minerals with a hint of salinity.
