Winemaking: 50% stainless steel, 50% neutral oak barrels
Aging: 10 months in neutral oak barrels
Alcohol: 13%
Tasting Note: Medium-bodied with notes of black currant, stewed plum and blackberry flavors and a hint of mint. Notes of smoke and forest floor emerge on the long, layered finish.
