Description
Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Jermann. A blend of Friulano/Sauvignon Vert, Picolit, and Ribolla Gialla. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine that embodies elegance and complexity, the fruit of a family history dating back to 1881. Fermented in 750-liter Slavonian oak barrels and aged for 12-16 months. The aroma is intense and complex, with notes of ripe local and tropical fruit and dried flowers touched by a light veil of vanilla. Apple, banana, hazelnut, broom, and passionflower emerge. The color is a beautiful, bright and sparkling golden yellow. On the palate, it is velvety, with perfect flavor balance, a delicate aromatic quality, and infinite persistence.
