Description
The Perspektive Weiss from Alex & Maria Koppitsch is a cuvée of equal parts of Weissburgunder and Chardonnay. The Perspektive line focuses on soil type, in this case limestone. The Neuberg is the oldest vineyard of the area that overlooks the Neusiedl lake. No wonder the wine gains this beautiful complexity and minerality. Notes of elderflower, lime and lemon. There is a touch of creaminess in there and an outstanding acidity! It is definitely a fresh, summery white.
