Rich, with earthy aromas of dark cherry, plum, cocoa, and a touch of cedar, and sandalwood. Medium-bodied, round on the palate. A great pairing with grilled rib eye steak with wilted spinach, oven baked lasagna, or traditional cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano.
