A lightly aged, earthy tequila from the heart of Jalisco. Made from agave cooked in ovens for 48 hours for optimal sweetness then fermented and distilled twice before going into ex-bourbon barrels for 6 months. Vanilla and sweet pepper notes along with hints of honey. Family distillery.
