Description
A completely unusual blend in which the ripe fruit reigns. Catalan red with a French edge as the wine is made from the grapes Syrah, Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. It does require some precision from a vintner to make so many different flavors dance to the beat. Long peeling creates a dark vortex of color and the wood maturation gives ripe depth to the wine. Winters red with muscles and velvet gloves.
