Description
Organic still white wine from Lazio, 14.5% ABV, produced by Le Coste. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. Le Chat is made from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Pitigliano area. Vinification involves soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats for approximately three weeks. Aged in 10-hectoliter French oak barrels for one year. A wine born from passion and the desire to rediscover a magnificent territory.
