Description
An organic still red from Lazio, produced by Le Coste. A wine born from a passion for the land and natural viticulture. The grapes come from two massal selections, one from the PNT vineyard and the other directly from Burgundy. Both grapes, harvested at a perfect ripeness, were vinified whole with a semi-carbonic maceration for about a month. After pressing, the wine ferments in 2- and 5-hl oak barrels, where it ages for a total of one year, followed by approximately six months in bottle.
