Description
100% Chenin Blanc from the Petits Boulay parcel, located in St Martin Le Beau. The vines average 35 year old and are planted on sandy loess and clay soil. The Petits Boulay is the wine obtained from the first picking. The grapes are hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on the fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Unfined. All together soft and mineral, with aromas of pear, quince and white flowers.
