Winemaker Notes

The hue of our Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Cailleret appears to be of a nice pale yellow. The nose gives away fresh almond, peach and vanilla aromas. An ample and round mouthfeel for this wine displaying white fruits and nut notes on the palate. Tense finish with a beautiful aromatic persistance.

Ideal pairings include charcuterie, fish, shellfish, and goats cheese.

A rich Chassagne with layered ripe apples, honey and stone. It’s full-bodied, yet creamy and refined. Some dried-apple and mineral undertones. A candied-lemon and stone aftertaste to the fruit.
