Description
A blend of 39% Maria Gomes, 38% Bical and 23% Cercial; sourced from chalky clay slopes with direct Atlantic influence. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The second fermentation takes place in bottle and ages 9 months on the lees. No dosage.
