Description
Classic Method Brut sparkling wine, produced by Lungoparma. Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A Classic Method born from a passion for excellence, produced according to the principles of the Champenoise method. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates in Emilia-Romagna. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes cold static clarification. Fermentation of the must takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature that never exceeds 15°C. After the initial fermentation, the wine is racked into small stainless steel tanks where it rests until bottling and secondary fermentation in the bottle. The nose reveals a highly fragrant bouquet of citrus, dried fruit, mineral notes, and pastry notes. A vibrant straw yellow, it is delicate, smooth, gentle, refined, and very fresh on the palate.
