Appearance: Deep ruby red with purple reflections.

Nose: Elegant and intense, with prominent notes of cherry and jam. There are also hints of coffee, cocoa, cinnamon, and a balsamic background.

Palate: Rich, warm, and full-bodied. The wine is intense with a velvety tannin structure. You’ll find flavors of quinine and licorice, complemented by a slight spiciness.

Finish: Long and persistent, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of dried fruits and spices.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs wonderfully with roast meats and aged cheeses

Refinement: in small French and Amercina Oak barrels for 12 months and at least 4 months in bottle
