Winemaker Notes

Very pale pink in color, with peachy reflections. On the nose, an instant burst of white peach, pear, zesty grapefruit and pomelo. Powerful but refined thiol components, which are carefully balanced. On the palate, small red berries precede vibrant citrus notes. Bright and mouthwatering with a lasting, mineral finish. A superbly crafted and seductive Rosé for a myriad of occasions.

  The 2023 Rose Mirabeau en Provence Pure makes a lasting impression as enriching notes of confectionary spice and sweet smoke complement freshly sliced nectarines. It’s silken in form, with stimulating acidity and ctrius tones that add a lovely depth as ripe pit fruit swirls throughout. The 2023 tapers off with admirable length, spicy and energetic, leaving a mineral tinge that adds a lovely punctuation.
