Description
Monte Real is one of the prestigious brands of Bodegas Riojanas, a classic of the denomination of origin. In this case they offer us a white wine that remains for four months on lees, which gives it depth and certain aromas and tastes to pastries and butters. A wine that dares to pair with forceful and spicy meals, achieving great pairings. Tasting notes of the winery: Light yellow color with greenish reflections. Varietal aroma highlighted, complex and elegant. Good structure, warm, full-bodied, unctuous. Fruity mouth finish, long and persistent.
Vinification: After the destemming, crushing and pressing of the grapes, the must obtained is introduced into American oak barrels with a light roast, where it ferments and the yeasts that have intervened in the fermentation in the barrel remain. Every day the bottom of the barrel is removed so that the yeasts are suspended in the wine and gradually give way for 5 months the aromatic and unctuous components of the yeasts.
