From just the second winery in Umbria to earn certified organic status, this is a captivating (and a little exotic) blend of crisp Grechetto and aromatic 25% Malvasia. Soaring aromas of white flowers, white peach, green mango and more lead to a bone-dry palate of tart peach, lemon and lime fruit and a captivating note of laurel and thyme. The long and lemony finish would make this a terrific match for grilled vegetables and it would surely shine with sushi. Compelling.
