From the vineyard’s shallowest soils, the 2020 Pinot Noir Joli Coeur delivers deep black cherry fruit and exotic spice notes suggestive of licorice, cardamom and allspice. It’s full-bodied, creamy-textured and lush, with great texture, suppleness and length on the finish, a clear step up from Morlet’s other two bottlings.
