Description
Organic still white wine from Spain, produced by Muchada-Leclapart. A wine born from a passion for biodynamics and the valorization of the Andalusian terroir. Fermented and vinified in used Bordeaux barrels for 9 months. Spontaneous fermentation; no rectification of any kind. Minimal initial sulfites. Aged on the lees. No filtration or cold stabilization.
