Description
The NV Extra Brut Platine Premier Cru is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with Pinots very much driving the wine's profile. Kirsch, spice, crushed autumn leaves and dried flowers open first, punctuated by brisk acids that pull it all together. Dosage is 1 gram per liter. Disgorged: May 2023.
