Description
Lot 50 is made from grapes harvested in the southeastern Veneto from cordon-trained vines planted in alluvial soils. After a soft press, the must is cooled and then fermented in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs using the Charmat method.Taste: Aromas of fresh peaches leap from the glass along with hints of ginger and lilac. Once sipped, a shower of foamy bubbles dance soulfully on the tongue and then burst into a medley of crisp citrus fruit.
