Description
Half and half Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this Champagne is bone dry in the Lombard style. It is also rich and full of fruit that balances the dryness with a ripe character. Citrus fruit and a tight line of acidity give a crisp edge. It could benefit from a few more months before drinking, so wait until 2017.
