Texture Like Sun is a carefully assembled blend of six different varieties – Grenache, Gewürztraminer, Gamay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Syrah – which comes together to become this effortlessly delicious light red. It’s plump, juicy, and extremely drinkable, with floral aromatics that leap from the glass courtesy of old mate Gewürz. A little lick of tannin provides some framework for the palate, which is otherwise led by bouncy red fruits and a hint of fresh herbs.

Cloudy, light ruby color with a tangy nose that’s full of white pepper, stemmy wild berries, sea salt, fresh licorice, clove and sauerkraut. A light-bodied palate, but not lacking intensity of flavor, with lots of wild raspberries and white pepper extending to a tangy finish. Ethereal, wild and really drinkable now.
