A wine born from the Jacqueson family’s passion for Burgundy, with a history dating back to 1946. 100% Aligoté. The wine is made from hand-picked and selected grapes, direct pressing, gravity settling, and alcoholic fermentation in barriques. Aged 100% in barriques for 12 months.
