Description
Reveals to be a very elegant wine of fresh nose, notes of menthol and nuts, caramel and chocolate. Presents a full-bodied taste in the mouth with good acidity that gives it freshness and a long finish. During aging, the wine acquires its characteristic, amber-accented colour and characteristic aromas of this oxidation process.
It can be drunk fresh as an aperitif or at the end of the meal accompanying cheeses, black chocolate desserts or red fruits. Should be served between 16 and 18ºC.
