Nice, dark, ruby red colour. Deep aromas of black fruit, black cherries, leather, cocoa, chocolate and a hint of spices. On the palate it comes across as more intense than a classic red wine and has a sweeter flavour. However, the finish is dry, even slightly bitter and endlessly long. The intense character and high complexity in all respects makes this wine very suitable for aging.Patience can be spectacularly rewarded!
