Description
Still white wine from Veneto, 13% ABV, produced by Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine. 100% Garganega. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from the love between Romeo and Juliet, a tribute to the city of Verona and the passion that binds the two lovers. The grapes are harvested in mid-September and left to dry for a short period in crates inside the drying room, thus achieving a greater concentration of aromas and sugars. After pressing, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 12 hours to enhance the wine’s complexity and structure. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks. On the nose, intense and bold aromas, notes of citrus and hints of apricot and peach. On the palate, it is rounded and pleasant, well-balanced with a lingering finish.
