Single vineyard unoaked Chardonnay from Patrick Piuze, an absolute rockstar of a winemaker in Chablis. Sourced from Chichee, which is an excellent plot situated on a plateau not far from the 1er Cru Vaucoupin. Very savory and taut with mouthwatering acidity, crushed limestone minerals, and ripe green apple fruit.
Pair with: oysters, sushi, roast chicken
