W I N E D E S C R I P T I O N
“Pureza” is: Purity, passion, little production, (Microvinifications); experimenting and exploring
in the pursuit of excellence. Using techniques such as precision viticulture and dendometry;
indigenous/native varieties, natural cultivation, infusions, and amphoras.
Uncovered, on their own, left alone, dry land, extreme, radical…are words that echo in the
winemaker’s heart.
The vineyards are located in “Tierras de la Marina”, in the “Benimei”, and “Pla de Lliber” parcels,
and trained on traditional goblet.
Pureza is fermented in a little amphoras made by Juan Padilla with the grape’s skins and stems,
without additions during the fermentation.
A white wine with red wine soul. After pressing, it goes back to the amphora until bottling.
Unfiltered and unclarified.
