Description

This wine comes mainly from a small vineyard with intense, personal care. We clear the bunches in the exact moment in which they ripen. The production is limited to 3,000 kg/ha. Then, in the winery, we study the evolution to determine the length of the aging in barrels.Tasting Notes Red cherry color with violet edges and reflections. Its intense and complex in the nose, with notes of red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry as well as some blackberry. In the mouth it has a long and sweet taste with a suggestion of black licorice. Meaty elements and noble tannins ensure a long, well structured finish. – Pico Cuadro
