Description
In the local dialect, Burdese means Bordeaux and refers to the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It is a red wine of great density, structure and balance, produced in limited quantities from selected vineyards. Burdese is a great wine for ageing that offers a complexity of aromas and flavours born of the Sicilian sun.
