Description
This is made up of mostly 2014 vintage which is beloved by a number of Champagne Makers. The nose shows more yeast and fruit aromas of raspberry, cherry and a bit of baking spice. The palate is light with forward yeast and cherry flavors. More yeasty than in the past, this is still quite lovely. D&M Tasting Notes 10/2019
A lithe, elegant rose, with a rich hint of brioche underscoring flavors of white peach, pink grapefruit pith, spring blossom and ground ginger as they ride the finely detailed mousse. A racy spine of acidity drives this through to the minerally finish.
