A semi-aromatic still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pojer and Sandri. Made with 100% Riesling, this wine expresses the purity of the grape and the innovation of a winery that has made sustainability its guiding principle. When young, it offers aromas of peach and apricot, while the tertiary hydrocarbon notes amplify as it ages. Straw-green yellow. On the palate, it is vertical, savory, long, fresh, and crisp. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish, as well as white meats and fresh cheeses, making it ideal as an aperitif.
