Description
60 year old vines. Fussiere is often considered the best of the Maranges vineyards for its southern exposure. Brilliant dark garnet core, loads of black cherry & underbrush in the nose. The mid-palate of the wine is compact and focused cherry and cassis fruit with structured mineral notes and lots of savory components that follow through to the extended finish. This is an excellent example of how good Maranges can be.
