Still white Fiano di Avellino DOCG, 13% ABV, produced by Quintodecimo. 100% Fiano. A wine that embodies the passion and dedication of Luigi Moio, an internationally renowned winemaker. Upon arrival at the cellars, the grapes are manually selected on sorting tables, gently pressed, static decanted, and fermented partly in steel vats and partly in French oak barriques at a temperature between 14 and 6°C. Aged for 10 months, partly in steel vats and partly in French oak barriques. Varietal aromas of lime, accacia, and thyme. Bright yellow with clear, green highlights. With a dense, continuous structure, it develops aromas of exotic fruit, candied citrus, and honey in a very light mineral matrix.
