Still white wine from Greco di Tufo DOCG, 13% ABV, produced by Quintodecimo. 100% Greco di Tufo blend, 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Luigi Moio, an internationally renowned winemaker, who wanted to create a wine that best expresses the potential of Greco di Tufo. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are manually selected on sorting tables, gently pressed, and static decanted. Fermentation takes place partly in steel vats and partly in French oak barriques at a temperature between 14 and 16 degrees C. Fascinating for its richness: gardenia, white melon, apricot, and Annurca apple with mineral notes of dried fruit and white pepper. Crystalline golden. Structured and powerful, it remains harmonious until the lingering smoky notes.
