A tribute to the Champagne tradition, born from the passion of a family that has been producing high-quality champagne since 1947. Aged in French oak barrels, tanks, and ceramic amphorae, with indigenous yeasts. Aged 36 months on the lees. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust, reveal the complexity of this classic method.
