Mirroring the Signature mash bill percentages, our Wheated Bourbon – Bottled In Bond is made from a mash bill of 68% corn with 16% wheat and 16% malted barley, aged in #3 and #4 char barrels for a minimum of 5+ years and bottled at 100 proof. Sweeter than Signature thanks to the wheat, our Wheated Bourbon – Bottled In Bond introduces equal parts caramel and baking spice and has just a touch of butterscotch. It reminds us of a sugar cookie that was left in the oven about 2 minutes too long.
