Description
This is our single-vineyard Estate Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the vineyard blocks surrounding the winery property at 2,000 feet elevation on Howell Mountain. Black cherry aromas introduce a lush, seemingly sweet mid-palate filled with ripe fruit flavors and a flood of fine tannin. Natural acidity completes this balance with a lingering finish. This will continue to bottle age gracefully for years to come.
