Still white Riserva from Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Santa Barbara, 2021 vintage. 100% Verdicchio. 0.75 l bottle. A Verdicchio that expresses the elegance and complexity of the grape variety, with an aging process that enhances its characteristics. Vinification takes place in steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees for 2 years and a further 6 months in the bottle. Intense aromas of tropical fruit with spicy and vegetal nuances. Deep yellow with golden reflections. Rich and long, with hints of tropical fruit and a delicious, slightly bitter finish that invites you to drink.
