Description
Nebbiolo from Barolo in Piedmont. The vineyards are located 320 m. above the sea level, facing south/south-west overlooking the village of Barolo. The soil is grey/white marl, rich in carbonates and fine sand of marine origin. Traditionally the soil produces garnet red wines recognizable by their finesse, intense nose of red cherry, licorice and chocolate. Aging: 3 yrs. of Slavonia Oak (27 HL Barrel / Large Barrel) & French Oak.
