High Quality as Motto
Our demand for high quality can be seen from the vineyards to the wine bottling. We keep in mind the respect of environment, terroirs and wine in each step of the production.
In our vineyards : organic growing, no use of chemicals, ploughing the soil, reducing the yields thanks to strict pruning and green harvest, hand picking in small cases.
In the winery : sorting out the grapes on a table, natural fermentation in oak vats, temperature control device, maturation in oak casks, bottling without filtration at the best time for the wine.

Estate
Initially located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, new plots have been added to the domain in the villages of Beaune and Puligny-Montrachet since 2007 and more recently in Pommard, Meursault and Vosne-Romanée. More than 8 hectares of vineyard are now directly grown by us.
Vineyards are grown organically with no use of chemicals. Certification has been under way since 2012. The soil is ploughed in order to strengthen the roots. The date of harvest is decided when each plot has reached its full ripeness. Each plot is hand harvested.
