COMMENTARY: Lake County is one of champion growing regions for Sauvignon Blanc. The 2018 Shannon Ridge High Elevation Collection Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent wine. TASTING NOTES: This wine is perky, fresh, and crisp. Its delicate aromas of dried leaves and citrus should pair it well with longneck clam in a light soy-accented sauce.
